I won't be posting a bunch Amazon deals until tomorrow, but I did look at the movie and TV Deals of the Week (as always) to get ready.

And the Collections Deal of the Week is on Classic Comedies. Featuring Laurel & Hardy, Benny Hill, Dick Van Dyke, Abbott and Costello, and, um, Naked City.

So, I'm guessing someone at Amazon isn't that familiar with classic TV? Maybe they just giggled at the title, so assumed it was a comedy? Maybe they just figured that four out of five is good enough?

For the iOS folks, Tiny Thief is free! This is a really fun puzzle game that's most comparable, imho, to visual versions of classic Infocom puzzles; in each level, you've got to figure out the correct ways to steal a target item and also pick up some bonuses. The storytelling is cute, the puzzles range from fun to maddening (while still fun), and the game is very forgiving (it comes with walkthroughs).

And over on Google Play, you can buy Elf for free! Just the standard edition, mind you, and it sits in the cloud, but it's still worth grabbing.

(ETA: For those who don't know, even though there's no official Google Play Movie app for iOS, the YouTube app provides a link to all GP purchases.)
