Sunday Amazon Deals: Doctor Who, DVDs galore, video games, winter coats, more!

(Yesterday's post has still-active deals on D&D, movies, video games, toys, kitchen stuff, and more. Friday's has good deals on most of the same, as well as that 30% off book coupon. And the Thanksgiving post has good deals on Chromecasts as well as video games and kitchen items. There aren't any lightning deals on movies or video games (other than a Vita memory card) today, but there are a bunch in other categories worth checking out.)

The Deal of the Day is on Panasonic Home Essentials, with deals like 45% off a breadmaker, 60% off an electric shaver, 42% off a set of cordless phones, 60% off a blood pressure monitor, and more.

The other Deal of the Day is 75% off a selection of winter jackets (all of which also have free returns, which is very nice). There are 176 choices here, for all ages, sizes, and styles.

The Kid's Deal of the Day is on Playhut Indoor Tents for 40-50% off.

Big Hero 6

Saw it yesterday. Yes, it was predictable. I don't care. It was fun. And yes, of course I teared up. I also did during the opening short ("Feast") which was utterly adorable.

We were literally the only people in the theatre who stayed through the entire credits. It's like people have never seen a Marvel-based movie before. If you see it, don't be one of those people.

Not going to spoil much, but I did love just about everything here, from the cast to the animation to the music. Definitely one I'd happily watch again.
