yendiOne of the joys of getting dressed before having coffee is that one often fails to notice things. Like the fact that a shirt -- specifically, the shirt I grabbed to wear today -- went through the wash with a sticker on the front.
By the time the coffee had kicked in, I was already at the bus stop, and had a nice glop of white on the front pocket of my shirt that was not peeling off nearly as well as I'd hoped.
Fortunately, a brief search of the internet reveals that I'm not the first person to have this problem.
And it turns out that the fix is WD-40. Really.
Which we happen to have in our office supply cabinet at work.
One quick spray later, and my pocket looked normal. Well, aside from the big WD-40 stain, but some water seems to have handled that quite nicely.
Yeah, I'll be filing this bit of info away for future reference.
