Understandable vigilanteism

I recognize that what he's doing is illegal, scary, and dangerous, but I also completely understand what this man is doing, and I find myself profoundly unsympathetic towards his targets. I find the discussion of the street in the interview reminds me of the cars in Fahrenheit 451, and that's an image that's stuck with me and scared me since first reading the book.
