ABC is making a TV series out of St. Elmo's Fire.

As long as they get the John Parr theme song, I'm there for at least the pilot.

I thought it was interesting to learn that John Parr hated the movie and thought the characters were reprehensible, which is why the song has next to nothing in common with the movie.
