As I discovered as a result of this tweet, there's an automatic Twitter account called AdmiralAckbar_ that will search for tweets mentioning the word "trap," then respond with an "it's a trap" message. Like this.

Since it doesn't insist on adding me (unlike the pornbots, spambots, and real estate agentbots), I don't find it that intrusive, at least.

Oh yeah, I love the joke Twitterbots. There's one that will retweet you if you have "Oh snap!" in you tweet, and I saw it RT me and followed it back to the creator's page that has the whole explanation of it. I think it's kind of adorable. :)
