UPS recycles their tracking numbers. Occasionally you'll see one that has a delivery date of over a year ago, it means they're reusing the code and their system just hasn't updated with the current delivery expectation. I've seen it happen.
That's hilarious. I love the TARDIS connection. However, before you dump all the blame on UPS, we need to make sure the item you ordered didn't cause the problem. Didn't Amazon do a blue box special on worm holes a while back?
