Vernon Gholston for Oliver Perez, straight up. Neither of them could possibly be worse on their new teams and in new sports than they currently are, and they'll start the season without the baggage that the last few years of crappy play have brought.

I think Vernon Gholston isn't a bad player. He needs to be on a 4-3 style defense. He isn't big enough to play in a 3-4 style defense as an end. And he isn't a linebacker at all. They made a huge mistake even trying to convert him. VG will be alright playing for some one else.
