Rape victims who are illegal immigrants should be afraid to come forward, according to State Rep Ryan Fattman.

Needless to say, Sutton is on my list of places never to visit, if they elect a douche like this guy.

In CA, at least, if you are abused/raped, it can sometimes lead to a green card (which encourages victims to come forward and get help).
