My lovely wife got me the Dominion Big Box for Father's Day (although the incompetent felchweasels at FedEx made sure it got to me two days late).

So, now that I'm the last gamer on the planet to own it, what are the best sleeves for it? I know that there are a few that fit the set, but I figure that between all my friends, you've probably tried everything. :-)

Multi-player solitaire, I reckon, but that may be because my record playing it is so awful.

I bought an early copy, and it won't ever need sleeves.

I might be a hold-out, but I like being able to hold the cards. Is everyone playing a hell of a lot more than I am, that their cards get worn out really fast? Is it simply to protect against bent corners or other identifying marks? Adding covers makes it impossible to fit the cards into their original packaging (unless you alter the packaging as well) and when you do it to all of your card games, means spending more on everything. Also, I sometimes find the plastic edges sharp (on some of the versions of plastic sleeves). Can you explain to me the appeal?

I will say: I love Dominion. What a great gift. }:->

It is simply the number of times you shuffle the cards each game. Dominion is definitely the only game I do this for, though. Some of these cards get shuffled 20-30 times a game, especially things like copper/estates.

I so hate when they deliver by FedEx. It pretty much guarantees I need to go to the damn depot to get it...or it takes an extra day at least while I sign for my cheap little order. *sigh*

UPS is so much better. Now if only I could convince Amazon to stop with the FedEx madness.
