yendiIt's been widely reported that the SF Encyclopedia is available online (in beta).
It's been less widely reported (at least, as far as I can tell) that M.F.K. Fisher's An Alphabet for Gourmets is also online! Fisher was one of the great food writers of all time, and I adore her stuff.
