3. It appears that Raymond Smullyan and Martin Gardner are in charge of interview questions at Google.
4. Stanford -- which opened up a machine learning course to the general public this fall, is offering a bunch more this spring. This is more than just open courseware, but actual week-by-week coursework with lectures, etc. New topics include cryptography, game theory, CS 101, and a lot more.
