What sick jackass destroys something just to get their money back, rather than returning it? Sounds to me like someone didn't even try to work things out with the seller before crying to Paypal.
I really don't understand why that "destroy the item" clause is even there. WTF, man.
I have been anti-PayPal since 2004 when in order to change my maiden name to my married name they demanded a copy of my marriage license. I declined and they froze my account. I haven't even bothered with it ever since. They don't NEED a copy of my marriage license. My bank didn't even require that. No other online company required that.
