yendi1. The Deal of the Day is on Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition for PS4 or XBONE for $39.99 (33% off). Does anyone I know have a next-gen system yet? Are we still calling them "next-gen," or is that reserved for the Xbox360/PS3, with a new name like "Generation Next" or "Son of Next-Gen?"
2. One of today's Daily Kindle Deals is on Diablo III: Heroes Rise, Darkness Falls for $.99, for folks who like tie-ins to that universe. It's an anthology of tales, although I'm not familiar with any of the folks on the TOC.
3. The TV Deal of the Week is on any season of Archer on DVD/Blu-Ray for up to 60% off. Archer is one of the three funniest shows on the air today, and I'm actively pissed at the two-week hiatus the show is currently on.
4. The Other TV Deal of the Week is on Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman: The Complete Series for $99.99 (60% off) on DVD. This is one of the classics of the '70s that still holds up, and is well worth watching.
5. The Family Deal of the Week is on Dreamworks Animation Movies for 45-65% off. Rise of the Guardians gets the biggest discount, but tehre are nice deals on all of the franchises, from Shrek to How to Train Your Dragon.
6. The Blu-Ray Deal of the Week gets you Bond 50: The Complete 23 Film Collection with Skyfall for $119.99 (60% of), and Amazon will throw in digital HD copies of any three of the movies, too.
7. And finally, something I noticed this weekend when chatting on Twitter about Alan Dean Foster Flinx and Pip books: The End of the Matter is on sale for $1.99 on the Kindle!
