Hivemind question: Broken pie crust

So we got a two-pack of GF pie crusts from Whole Foods. The second one was basically shattered. What are good ideas for broken pie crusts? Crumbles? Messy pies? Other thoughts?

ETA: Decided to experiment with a peanut butter pie, which can get messy, but will still taste just fine.

I definitely suggest crumbling until consistency of crumbs, then use as topping. I like streusel (sp?) better than pie anyway. }:->

Alas, we lacked most streusel-style fillings. We went with a peanut-butter pie, figuring that messy's okay here.

It was intact enough to make a messy pie, and we lacked shortening, but will consider that in the future (although I'm not sure it works as well with GF).

Return it to Whole Foods and get another one.

Anything that involved going outside or especially to WF today was a last resort (especially since the second pie crust was gratuitous; they only sell them in two-packs). In other circumstances, that would have been my choice.

What's the brand of g-f crusts? Do you recommend it (other than its crumbly-ness)?

I think it was the generic store-brand one that Whole Foods sells. It was perfectly fine and tasty, as crusts go. The pies are now eaten. :-)
