Wow! Motherfucking Wow!

We just saw the screening, and it was just incredible. This is the best Phillip K. Dick movie ever, hands down. Yes, that good.

Hell, it might be the best Spielberg movie ever.

Incredible, completely believable visions of the future, lots of twists, damned fine performances, and a typical PKD mix of bleakness, humor, and hope.

I'm too exhausted for a full review or anything. Just see this.

Since it's a Spielberg movie, I wonder if the plot is resolved by a big-eyed ten-year-old kid with pluck who turns out to be more resourceful than all the adults in the film.

Nope. Only kid who appears at all is in flashbacks. This is a much more mature Spielberg than in other films.
