pain inventory/update
Jun. 26th, 2002 05:59 amWell, the good news is, my left arm is fine. :-)
The other good news is, nothing hurts unless moved at certain angles. Which means I'm fine when lying down, or even when sitting still (although the act of sitting down itself hurts). And the right arm only hurts with big shoulder movements (since all the stress I put on it was from throwing the ball and swinging the bat), so other than reaching for high shelves, it's fine.
The abs and back hurt when I do anything that streches them, of course.
Anyway, the goal today is to take pain medicine, then lie down all day once I've gotten
shadesong ready to go to work. I don't expect to be online much, as I really want to lie down as much as possible. So don't expect a ton of journaling.
