Five minutes after I plugged the phone back in (not that I don't have more writing in me for the night, but I needed to stretch anyway), James called, and the log file we sent Centrinity had enough information to allow us to actually recover the accounts! Mind you, mail bounced from them for two days, and I could live without the agita, but at least we have a happy ending. And a better one than I'd anticipated a few hours ago.

it is -- it's from 8-bit Theater (http://www.nulkearpower.com), a damned funny strip that's been running for a while. There are a few other strips that have used the same concept, but this is the best.
