Good/Bad

Good: Having Elayna back. Better yet, having her run up to me and give me a huge hug. Having her pop out of bed to hug me again and again (although she can only get away with that one once as an excuse not to hit the sack). Just having her around rocks. And no, she doesn't seem brainwashed. :-)

Bad; Not getting to sleep until 2, and waking up screaming at 4:30 with a calf cramp. At least this cramp, unlike the others, can be attributed to something, as it's the same leg I injured the ankle on last week, and I've been walking on it with a brace, which placed my leg in unnatural positions.

I'll take the Bad and more for all the Good of having Elayna back, though.

Leg cramps--eek. I got those all the time when I was pregnant. Hope you're feeling better today!

I hate leg cramps, get them all the time, sort of the icing on the cake of my bad knees and the tendonitis in my hips. I wish you few recurrences.

Woohoo!

Here's to not being brainwashed!

[livejournal.com profile] cindygerb has problems with major cramps waking her in the middle of the night. She has the worst problems with her feet. She then has me massage them and I get to practice being a sadist.

You might try potassium gluconate tablets. Cindy has seen a direct inverse correlation to taking the postassium and the cramps.
