So, what's worse: The fact that I could write a post last night that was total gibberish, to the tune of having a sentence beginning "''song and [livejournal.com profile] mousegrrl" without ever completing it, or the fact that no one at all noticed?

Note to self: Don't write when sick.

I noticed! It was just so late that I thought maybe it was just my brain not understanding . . .

Oh, see, I thought you'd forgotten to close a tag, and lost text that way, cause that's what happens to me sometimes. See? I had faith in your inherent sense.

I noticed, but didn't say anything for two reasons: 1) you had already gone to bed, and 2) you were bound to notice the next day and correct it before I could mention it to you then. (I don't generally check my friends list until I get in to work).

Like others, I have faith in your inherent ability to make sense. :)

cheers,
Phil

I noticed. I had to read it like 3 times to make sure it wasn't me.

Some of us are beholden to the Corporate Evil Empire for our internet access and only get to read LJ and such on Mon-Fri during business hours.

On the plus side (of the netlessness), I will be receiving 2 new-to-me batteries for my crappy little laptop (it's a ca. 1998 IBM ThinkPad 560 with a P1/90MHz). At least my Very Small Desktop Computer will once again be a Portable Computer, even if it will remain netless (it has a 28.8 modem, but I don't have an ISP or phone service at home). At least I'll be able to write in coffeeshops again. Yay, eBay--$22 (plus shipping) for 2 slightly-used batteries.
