Non-B5 fans can move along. Nothing to see here.

I'm currently reading an ARC of Peter David's second Apropos of Nothing novel, The Woad to Wuin.

Aside from being a damned good book (shut up, [livejournal.com profile] glenn5!), it's got something special for the B5 fan (Peter having written two episodes, three comics, and lots of novels for them):

Chapter 5 is "In the Shadow of Ba'da'boom." :-) And yes, Apropos encounters Shadows.

Oh, yeah, and there's the sequel to Braveheart, of course. Woad Warrior.

It is cool to find another B5 geek, even if you DO seem to have alot more time to devote to the general obsession than I do.

Did you collect any of the collectable cards?

Just wanted to show off by saying that I own the one and only in existance signed by JMS card that went in the first round of the trading cards (NOT the CCG, just the trading cards).

I haven't watched the episodes in a while either, and as soon as I finally get back into reading actual books again, I will finish the serieses.
