Just did a search for "Dave Barry," as I wanted to add his second novel to my wishlist, but couldn't remember the title. The first title that came up was, indeed, Tricky Business, but the second title, instead of being one of his other works, was Watchmen.

Huh?

Turns out that the editor on the series was named Barry Marx, and his credit, combined with that of Dave Gibbons, confused their search engine. Although I still would have expected some of the books with "Dave Barry" in the author and title to have come up higher on the search.

I had a similar surprise not too long ago. I was searching for "Michelle Perkins" who is an acquaintance of mine and who wrote a book about Photoshop. The search brought up Michelle's book, all right, but the third choice (she's worked on another Photoshop book) was a book that my auntie wrote with a fellow named Dan Perkins about the B52 (I think). I'd forgotten all about the thing as there was bad blood between my auntie and Mr. Perkins over it.
