Thoughts on pregnant women named Kathy

First, my co-worker, friend, and alleged lesbian Kathy is currently undergoing a C-section, as the baby was breaching, and the docs couldn't fix it. So any good thoughts you could spare her way would be appreciated.
And, my ex-roommate Michael has managed to impregnate his beautiful wife Kathy -- the baby's due in May, and I'm so excited for them! He's having a rough year (his father has cancer and isn't likely to make it to the Holidays), so this was wonderful news. It will raise the human/cat ratio in their household to 3/10. :-)
