Wow. Greece has banned the Living Dead Dolls line of figures, according to this story at Reuters. The claim is that the "toys constitute a serious threat to the smooth formation and development of the child's personality and mental health." I could rail about the fact that these are not aimed at six-year-olds, about censorship, about letting people think on their own, etc. But instead, I can only hope that George Bush and his cabinet visit Greece soon, as they constitute a serious threat to the personality, mental health, and physical well-being of children world-wide. Maybe they'll be confiscated and dumped in the ocean.

Greece is just weird lately. Banning computer games, and now action figures?

Heck, this is the country that tried to convict a bunch of plane-spotters of espionage. I'm just beginning to expect odd decisions from them.
