Was over at voltbang and rloveking's place last night, finishing my Blood Bowl game against jet_li_wannabe until 12:30 or so (I lost, not surprisingly, but failed to cripple anyone else, which was annoying -- full details to follow later). Then was up reading after getting home until about 2:30. Slept like shit. Got up at 5:30 and realized I'd turned the alarm off instead of hitting snooze, so had to stay up. Am really fucking tired. Do not expect any coherent thought from me today. Do not expect me to bother with social niceties today, either. My temper today is pretty much like Hobbes's Life of Man -- nasty, brutish, and short.

Maddie woke me at 5:00, 20 minutes to get her back to sleep and alarm clock went off at 6:10, snooze, and up at 6:20 for real. Chair nap looming.
