OOOOoooooo Fogo de Chao...... We have one here in Houston, it's Deeeelicious! I pigged out on the lamb. :-) Lucky bastard!

They didn't have any lamb today, but the other meats were damned nice. Including a garlic beef that was amazing.

They also have the most amazing salad bar I've seen. It's almost a shame. :-)
