The Quality Control for IT Project Managers class went damned well. Got some great tools out of it, plus some stuff I can hopefully apply pretty quickly to projects I'm currently working on. Had some of my cynicism about company politics reinforced, as well. This is, to date, the only class of any sort I've ever been in where the teacher has covered herself in post-it notes (and even eaten one). It's also the first class I've had in which Fishbone was discussed quite often. :-)
EDIT: The one thing that sucked: Reuben's, at Colony Square, charges $1.50 for coffee refills. And the waitress doesn't bother telling you that. Motherfucker.
