Wow! It took less than eight hours for the quiz to be completed. You guys are good!

Today, in honor of the Buffy Season 4 release, a simple little quiz:

There have been twelve regular members of the Buffy cast (regular=name in opening credits):
(edit: I've added in correct answers as folks name 'em).

Sarah Michelle Gellar -- Scream 2, I Know What You Did Last Summer

Nicholas Brendon Pinata: Survival Island and Psycho Beach Party

Alyson Hannigan

Charisma Carpenter No horror movies

David Boreanaz Valentine

Seth Green Idle Hands

Emma Caulfield Darkness Falls

Marc Blucas

James Marsters The House on Haunted Hill

Anthony Head No Horror Movies

Michelle Trachtenberg No Horor Movies

Amber Benson

Almost all of them have done at least one horror movie (the exceptions are Carpenter, Trachtenberg, and Head). Name one per actor (some may be horror comedies).

Bonuses: Name horror flicks from regular guests Juliet "Drusilla" Landau, Eliza "MMM, Faith" Dushku, Julie "Darla" Benz, Nathan "Caleb" Fillion, Mercedes "Harmony" McNab, Bianca "Kendra the Vampire Slayer" Lawson, Charlie "Ben" Weber, and Danny "Jonathan" Strong.

There may be some overlap. And some movies, although filmed with theatrical release in mind, debuted on TV. Also, anyone attempting to name Simply Irresistible as Sarah Michelle Gellar's movie will be forced to watch it. Five times in a row.

Emma Caulfield, _The Tooth Fairy_. Or whatever it is they finally decided to call that movie. Something to do with Darkness.

Sarah Michelle Gellar had a small part in Scream 2 IIRC.

Nicholas Brandon was in a really, really, really bad horror movie called Pinata: Survival Island that I saw at FNS a while back.

In the horror comedy category, Seth Green had a great part in the underrated Idle Hands

Speaking of FNS, Darkness Falls was shown a few weeks ago, which had Emma Caufield in it.

The rest I'm not sure of off the top of my head.

Now that one I don't know. (I looked it up, but I'm not going to give it away because it's a really good trivia question. Fitting, too.)

Nicholas Brendon was in Psycho Beach Party. That was horror-comedy, right?

Dude, Titanic? True Lies had funny moments and my brother got arrested on the set. Titanic had Celine Dion. And if that's not bad enough for you, Rambo:First Blood II was Cameron's second movie....

Does American Pie count as a horror movie for Aly? No? Just me, then. *grin*

The US is only on the fourth season? How come in the UK, where Sky airs the last episode this Thursday and BBC 2 aired the last episode of the sixth season, the sixth season has been out on DVD for a while?

Oh, and I think American Pie is a horror film too. :)

Marc Blucas was in They, I think. I might have remembered sooner, except I've been trying to block out that I ever saw it. Now I'll have to start all over again.

Seth Green was also in The Attic Expeditions (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0118652), which was one bizarre little horror movie about a murderous mental patient/occultist/brain implantee. [livejournal.com profile] notsosilent owns it; I've seen it there.
