It's Monday, and I'm a Slut

Yep, new Bookslut column is up, over here. It's a primer on one of the all-time greats, Robert Bloch.

Yesterday was a nice day. Went to Javamonkey with Shadesong, Mermaidblue,, and LJ-less Alex, where we met up with vidicon, sibylla, ryokan, tygerlilly, and sirinek the latter two being folks I met for the first time (and hopefully not the last!). We had quite the fun time, chatting and caffeinating for hours, until tygerlilly had to return to Columbia, and vidicon had to hunt stray cats. The rest of us (minus sirinek, of course, who left with his ladylove) headed to Noodle for an early dinner. Was quite a lovely afternoon.


Today is busy. Off to deliver a beta CD of installers, followed by meetings. Blah.

Ok, you guys are going to be dangerous. After our visit I knew I should have brought a pen and paper so I could increase the size of my "must read" list. My list has gotten to the point that it could be long enough for a book. (; It was great meeting you guys by the way (: Maybe you guys can help steer me in the right comic book direction (; I just wish we could have stayed longer and joined you guys at Noodle. Next time!

:-) Just wait until you finally visit out place -- shadesong and I usually grab books of the graphic novel bookshelves and say "you must read this" left and right.

My anexstacy informs me that they do, in fact, serve bubble tea at Noodle. So, you know where *we'll* be heading when we get back to the A-T-L.
