Drug laws gone bad, volume 78

Some asshat prosecutor in NC wants to try a guy busted for making meth as a terrorist, because the chemicals used are explosive.
Jesus fuck.
I can't begin to tell you how appalled I am. I can't begin to tell you how appalled I am at feeling this level of disgust nearly daily (this is, after all, just a few days after Poindexter wanted to start the world's largest Dead Pool in the name of fighting the terrorists, because if you can't gamble on death, the terrorists win). This prosecutor deserves a swift kick in the crotch.
On the plus side, this might set a good precedent. I'd love to see the entire executive board of ExxonMobile tried on terrorism charges.
