No matter how busy things are here, there's always a minute free to watch the new Matrix trailer.

And it's nifty, even if it does swipe one of its best visuals straight from Session 9.

I also watched Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation last night, but I don't have time to rant about how unbearably awful it was. This does for the TCM series what Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers did to that series. In all the worst ways.

Back to the treadmill.

That server denies me the download when I attempt to grab the trailer.

Yeah, it certainly was a departure from the rest of the series. I guess I don't mind the film that much because of (gasp, I can't believe I'm going to say this) Matthew McConaughey. He chewed on scenery like a starving child.

Is Halloween 5 the one where Michael is really an evil Celtic god or something? I've blocked most of Halloween beyond II from my head. Although the last one was fun, if just to see Busta Rhymes say "Trick or treat, motherfucker!"

Halloween 9 is in production. Fear.
