1. Do you watch sports? If so, which ones?


Yes. Mainly baseball and football (preferring baseball by far), but also tennis when I get a chance, and I can enjoy almost any sport on tv (excluding golf, but since that's not really a sport, that's okay).

2. What/who are your favorite sports teams and/or favorite athletes?

Teams: Mets and Jets are my two favorites (that's the NY/NJ Jets, not the Winnipeg hockey team), followed by the Atlanta Thrashers in hockey. After that, I always enjoy the Cubbies in baseball and the Browns in football. As for athletes, there's no one I follow so religiously that I'd single them out above all others -- I like baseball because it's a great team game.

3. Are there any sports you hate?

Maybe. If you insist that golf is a sport, then sure, I hate it. And I'm not a fan of minor league football and basketball (otherwise known as the NCAA), or NCAA baseball for that matter (any sport, when played with a metal bat, is not baseball).

4. Have you ever been to a sports event?

You have to ask?

5. Do/did you play any sports (in school or other)? How long did you play?

I played one year of JV baseball for my high school. I lead the team in batting with a .667 average, which would be amazing if it didn't really mean that I was 4/6 coming off the bench. :-)

I said pretty much the same thing before I skipped this one because I don't give a flying fig about sports.

I got the fig to sail for about 10 feet, so while not flying, it allowed me to post on this FF.

Which is funny, as I almost never do the FF. I'm just an iconoclast that way.
