yendiOkay, I'm just about ready to declare this the best postseason in my lifetime. 1986 still holds that mark, with The Greatest Game Ever Played in the Mets/Astros series, the Dave Henderson homer in the Sox/Angels series (which was also the first time I ever heard cursing on live tv, as Marty Barrett, I think, was heard shouting "What the Fuck" over a call), and, of course, the Mets comeback in the World Series.
Granted, each year since the expansion has seen an extra round, which means more potential for great series, but I'd say that the ALCS and NLCS this year are up there with the 1986 ones. If the World Series is as good, this will be nearly a perfect year.
