I am Jack's total motherfucking exhaustion.
Am just completely wiped out, and I don't think I accomplished a single thing today. I don't think I've gotten a decent night's sleep in over two weeks now. I'm incapable of writing anything, even something as basic as an LJ post, because my brain is at near-shutdown. I feel like Fletch in that one book where he was cursed and stayed awake for the entire novel. But without the funny dialogue.

Date: 2003-11-10 04:21 pm (UTC)well there are options
Date: 2003-11-10 04:51 pm (UTC)if not see a doctor and get some sonata or ambien, non habit forming meds which would help. You could also try Trazadone, which is a very usefully sleeping agent and a so-so antidepressant (its good but it makes people so sleepy nobody uses it any more, but thats why its such a great sleeping pill)
the other issue is that are you waking up alot? trouble failing asleep? Waking up waaaay earlier than you have to but cant get back to sleep? That bears further investigation. I can only assume you arent still taking 3am walking trips to the A&P anymore on north decatur like back in college (since te A&P is no longer there of course...)
