GIP and other stuff
Nov. 18th, 2003 11:23 amFirst, thanks to
scifigal for creating this new icon (which will probably become my anti-drama/whining one),
sff_corgi for pointing it out to me, and LJ for allowing fifteen icons for paid users. :-)
Second, for any Megacon attendees, Crossgen has sold the convention to the convention's director. That probably means not a whole lot of changes for the content (i.e., a nigh complete lack of programming of any sort), but hopefully means that we might see companies other than Crossgen at the show itself. Info at http://www.comicon.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=36&t=001558
Today, I've spent most of the morning beta testing two new versions of Blackboard and one of FirstClass. Finding bugs is fun! So is finding new features (you'd think the folks at Blackboard would make the ability to pull RSS feeds and place them on the front page something worth highlighting, instead of not only hiding and making the feature almost inaccessable, but also calling it "channels" with no documentation or mention anywhere of terms like "rss" or "xml").
This afternoon, we have our division staff meeting. Attendance being mandatory. Suck.
