One day I'll be disciplined enough to actually wait until the brownies are completely cooled before cutting them. Until then, I'll settle for brownies that are ugly but tasty.
I'm actually morally opposed to nuts in or around brownies (or anything else other than smooth peanut butter), but yeah, ice-cream and hot brownies are yummy!
My mom deliberately undercooks her brownies so they'll be hot and gooey. Then eats about 1/4 of the pan while they're still smoldery hot. Mom knows a good thing when she hits on it.
