I think that one is really hard...the attraction of the first was tht it was dead easy, no skill required...but the one with the bullseye is extra-tough...
I've found that the most effective way is to send it nearly straight, and if you get the angle right, it slowly goes to the side, and reaches the side just as it's at the peak, and hits a seal and bounces. Takes a ton of luck.
One of my friends has a pathological fear of penguins (I'm not sure if I can explain it). So I'm sending her the link. I don't think she'll care much about the score, but she will enjoy beating up the penguins.
