Don't waste your time on that asshole Donald Trump. Flip away from CSI's Bad Science Theatre. And don't even talk to me about Extreme Makeover.

Turn your dial to Fox. They've got an original, well-written show called Wonderfalls that's way better than the overrated dramas on the other networks (and, frankly, way better than anything else on Fox other than Arrested Development). It can't easily be put in a box like other shows, it has some of the best and most believable acting around, and it's a show that deserves, more than any other freshman show, a chance to thrive.

Watch the show. And when you're done, tell your local Fox affiliate how good it is.

LJ can motherfucking bite me for eating ANOTHER comment today.

I love Wonderfalls but Fox is a moron for putting it up against CSI and the Apprentice. They couldn't find ANY OTHER time slot for it? Say...after American Idol, so it'll have a heavily watched lead in???Sorry, but until it gets a better time slot I'll be watching CSI and taping Wonderfalls.

I had no idea there were so many closet CSI fans among 'song and Yendi's friends. Mind if I add you?

Too bad Fox hasn't bothered with broadcasting a decent signal in our area.

Oh, I forgot--if you don't have cable you're clearly too poor to be concerned with.

Having never watched CSI, I'm fine with the time slot. Except that Thursday is the night I go out and have drinks with my writer-buddies.

It had to be Thursday, those bastards. So I'll have to tape it. Because I still use a VCR for time-shifting. Damn, I need TiVo now more than ever.

And Andy Partridge from XTC does the music for it, thus automatically making it cool!

Is it that good?

Television Without Pity keeps telling me that it's terrible. It does look like Fox is trying to kill it by putting it on Thursdays, though.

...what is it? I've seen many people say it's a wonderful show worth "saving," but I'd never heard of it before the calls to watch were showing up. What's it about?

Of course Thursdays is the night I go out and I STILL haven't figured out how to work the timer on the VCR. I could use VCR +... but then again, I could also use a TiVo.

You may want to also point out that The Apprentice reruns its show on Wednesdays, so there's no pressing need to tape it.

I'm another CSI fan, but since my cable is out and CBS lacks a good signal, it's Wonderfalls with a side taping of The Apprentice tonight.

Sorry, you can't sell me. It isn't Thursday night without blood splatter, GSR, or some good old fashioned fingerprints. Facial reconstruction is always a plus. I'm hooked on CSI and there isn't anything to be done about it.

Out of curiousity, what specifically do you dislike about CSI?
