Yes, I'm back from Resnet. Conference was awesome. Princeton (town and university) are wonderful. Trip back was mostly non-hellish (I can't believe how much nicer Newark is than Hartsfield).
The final night of the conference involved a private chartered boat that sailed to the Statue of Liberty just as the sun was setting behind it (on the longest day of the year, natch). It's probably one of the most amazing sites I've seen. Here's one picture (taken by another cruise attendee). The food on the boat was also damned good -- crab-stuffed cod, carved ham and roast beef, amazing cakes, etc.
Thanks muchly to
ryokan for providing a ride back from MARTA!
Today is all catching up (no consistent access from my hotel), as I attempt to tame the wild mailbox.
