Good customer service
Jun. 29th, 2004 09:08 pmSo I finally decided to set up the grill I got from my boss two $winterholidays ago (it's a Weber Simpsons 10th Anniversary Grill). Opened it up, and found that the instructions had long since vanished into the ether. And I don't consider myself nearly capable of setting it up myself.
Not finding any instructions on their website, I call them up, explain what happened, and offer to purchase one. Within five minutes, there's a PDF of the setup instructions in my Gmail account, and they're sending me the actual owner's manual by mail, their cost.
I'm impressed. Just good, solid service. The grill is now set up.
Now, need to get charcoal andburn down the neighborhood break the sucker in.
