I don't think there's any food that I've done as much of a 180 on as cheese. As a kid, I hated it, in every form, and refused to eat cheeseburgers, even, until my college years (pizza was always an exception). Now, I adore the stuff.
I need to find this one. One of my favorite beers used to make cheddar. Yum.
