That, kind sir, is a Mugwump as envisioned by David Cronenberg is his film adaptation of William S. Burrough's Naked Lunch.
I just like the way it looks... the movie is weird and full of good strange images based off the book.

And there are days when bad coffee is much better than the alternative of no coffee.
