Clicking on the link for Atlanta gets you a nice big Yes, followed by a note saying Why? Because: it's cold. No silly crap like "real feel" and "temperature." :-)

I was able to find Raleigh, it didn't understand "Raleigh, NC" but understood just "Raleigh" and gave a list of cities to choose from
Didn't try Durham, but my bf wanted to know if he needed a jacket in Raleigh (he's rather cold natured and isn't wearing one, though the site said YES! because it's cold...and misty!)
