Dear FedEx:
Feb. 22nd, 2005 08:22 pmAccording to your handy tracking page, our box of comics from Westfield was placed "on FedEx vehicle for delivery" at 8:24 A.M. It is now 8:24 P. Fucking M., and our comics still aren't here yet. Please have your drivers smoke their crack on their own time, and deliver packages in something resembling a more timely manner.
Love,
A comics-deprived
yendi
ETA: At 8:39, upon hitting reload, the "Estimated Delivery" magically changed from 2/22 to 2/23. This would be, I can only presume, because the driver got back from his crack run and whoever checked him in, through a drug-addled haze, noticed the package had gone undelivered.

Date: 2005-02-23 01:35 am (UTC)It was shipped via FedEx.
I tracked it online.
It didn't arrive the same day it was put on the truck. The tracking page actually said "not yet due to be delivered" because their estimated delivery day was one day later than the day it was busily being trucked all around town.
When they did deliver it, they left it in plain sight outside.
All shippers suck, though I don't know how bad DHL sucks in comparison yet.

Date: 2005-02-23 01:08 pm (UTC)UPS has been better for us than FedEx; FedEx gets left in plain sight on the front porch, but UPS gets tucked behind the stairs in the carport.
