yendiThe latest Sporting News has a short piece listing folks in various sports who tend to get extremely generous calls from the officials (they also have a more serious piece on the easy calls in the NBA).
Their comment about Wayne Gretzky: There's a mom at the playground who freaks every time her perfectly healthy and strong kid takes a spill. We call him The Great One. And her the Head Linesman.
