Yep. I first saw the news about this a couple days ago. I'm torn between being jazzed over getting the story faster, and being bummed because I find it hard to believe Foglio's actually going to be able to maintain that page. Supposedly he has a massive backlog of pages because the latest issue was about to go to press, but I fear his normally slow progress and think it's pretty likely the webcomic idea will fizzle out before too long, and be replaced by "We'll update eventually… really… we swear…" Without the steady revenue stream, I'm not sure how much incentive there is to keep producing pages as quickly as he was, not that that was terribly quickly.

Mayhaps someone somewhere can set up a PayPal tip pot for the Foglio Folk....
