Of course, I can only hope it does well, so it can be released as a DVD with a director's cut that's thirty minutes longer, with the title Giant-Sized Man-Thing

Looks like a remake of swamp thing.

Sadly this means I must of course watch it, no matter how horrid it will be.

It also means I have to hope it comes out on DVD as well, for I have no cable.

No no. Man-Thing is Marvel, Swamp Thing is DC. I think they're basically the same eldritch characters, though.

Y'know, I never got the 'Giant-Size Man-Thing' jokes until years later. I always thought of 'em as the great issues that had Howard the Duck in them. :)

And, oh yes, I'm so waiting for the movie, though I fully expect it to stink with the stench of a thousand stinks.

I had the missfortune of seeing a little bit of Mansquito. How come the cops can't hit the broadside of a barn and how come the creature just shrugs off bullets like Superman?
