That's handy, although I can say one thing for the unnecessary complexity of the Bank of America phone tree: I called them the other day, and they don't give you the option of talking to a real person, so I pressed zero to see what would happen and was connected to a human almost immediately. I'm sure making you think that you can't talk to a human weeds out people who are calling to ask stupid questions, and it cuts down wait-time for people who actually need to speak with a person.
