When the hell did Monday become the one night that Tivo grabs three hours of prime time?
Anyway, that won't be the case for a few weeks, thanks to baseball.
Arrested Development: One word: Analrapist. It's not the pronunciation that bothers me.
Kitchen Confidential: Gave it another chance. Still not great -- the plot, unlike AD's, was completely predictable -- but it has some cute performances, at least. It's leagues better than How I Met Your Mother, though, and had enough laughs to make me not regret taping it.
ETA: According to Watch With Kristen, Michael Varten (formerly on Alias) is joining this show for a run.
Prison Break: Nicely intense. I was clearly wrong in my prediction from last week. *shrug*. Still fun to think about. They managed to keep things pretty grim throughout, which was nice -- the constant state of fear for the doctor was quite well done. And we still got clips of Robin Tunney, always a bonus.l
ETA 2: According to WWC, this has gotten a full-season pick-up.
Medium: Fun episode, if nothing too special. The "twist" was kind of predictable, but I still enjoyed the trip. And hey, Natasha Gregson Wagner! Remember when she was the next big thing?
Malcolm in the Middle: Forget to mention this earlier, but somehow, after two or three seasons of stagnation, they managed to put together an amazingly funny episode. I do hope that this is a sign that the show's found it's center again, and not just a fluke.

Date: 2005-10-04 12:55 pm (UTC)I've only seen the first half of KC so far. The "junior chef pisses off the dishwasher" gags seemed lifted right from the J.D./Janitor parts of Scrubs. And I've never liked John Laroquette.
I don't think I'll ever watch Prison Break. I find the very premise laughably implausible.
I've nothing to say about your other shows, so I'll repeat: Charlize good.
