Okay, so Uwe Boll's making Postal. I'm neither shocked nor upset. It's not like Postal has the complex plot of, say, Doom. There's really nothing to fuck up -- it'll just be a bad movie in its own right.

But the press release, on the other hand, has balls:

Running with Scissors (RWS), the world's most dangerous software company, has signed an appropriately apocalyptic deal with renegade filmmaker Uwe Bol. . .

Um, "Renegade?"

No fucking way.

"Sucking" is not a legitimate form of rebellion.

Sorry, Uwe. You're not a renegade. Just a talentless hack.

Also it isn't "renegade" to make your name for one specific type of film. Uwe is famous for directing video game adaptions. For taking already relatively thin storylines and stretching them over the length of a movie and failing miserably.

Failing up isn't renegade. It's just damn lucky or you're giving handjobs to the right people.

Oops. Was that over the top? I can never tell.

BTW - re: the Jets. I now tell people that the Jets are "scheduled to lose against the [fill in the blank" rather than they are "scheduled to play." 2006 we get to play blow up the offense! Whoo Hoo!

What's frustrating is that we genuinely do lose. The Falcons didn't win -- handed them the game. How the hell do you hold Vick to a 16 rating and not win?

First off why the hell does that POS vidgame need to be a movie?
Second, Uwe could best be described as a renegade goat ball sucker.
Third, who the hell is going to see Postal after Bloodrayne and the other Uwe abortions tank?
Fourth, why see this in the theater when you can just wait for Postal and Postal end up in the bargain bin at Blockbuster next to each other.

I love the comments in that post about him making the movie Postal. So who would you like to star in this flick? I personally would like to see either Vince Vaughn or Bruce Campbell in that suckfest. We need a lead that can take a turd and shine it up real good.
